The chair is cheap, but quality so so, after install, got click click sound, don't know how to fix. The delivery by qxpress is good

Dear Seller

I ordered this office chair on 3rd July and item is received on 4th July 2017, today at about 3.15pm. Delivery is fast but so disappointed
with the faulty item received.

I called and made an enquiry to replace on this faulty item (dented legs and rollers/wheels are not functioning) but yet I received an
extremely rude attitude from the customer service.

On you part in which you have delivered a faulty item and refusing to apologize and further actions to resolve this matter.
I seriously do not appreciate such bad service and hereby requesting for a full refund on the item.

I also attached photo of the defects (which looks like second hand chair).

The reason why we have actually requested for the photo/video to be sent to our technical department is because our technician is riding a motorcycle to several places for replacement and servicing and the things he could bring there is limited, thus our technical department will need to know exactly what is faulty in order to arrange for the right parts to bring for the replacement and servicing.

In order to resolve this matter, we can send our technician down to your place to replace the leg frame and the rollers that are not functioning properly. Do kindly let us know if you would like so that we can arrange it accordingly.
