  • How to check the cancelled orders

    In order for you to check your cancelled order, sign in Qoo10 first with your Qoo10 ID(or email) and password.

    Then click the "my Qoo10" button(on the right top of the page), "shopping list" button and cancel/refund tab.

    If you choose the "cancel/refund" status", you can check recently cancelled orders.


     If you could not find cancelled order, please try to check whether date range has been correctly set.

  • How does the refund process work?

    1) Paypal Express checkout

    PayPal credits the refund according to how the original payment was made.
    If you used a credit card, PayPal credits your credit card. If you used a funding source other than a credit card, your PayPal balance will receive the credit. 
    Please note, refunds to credit cards can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

    2) Credit Card 

    If you made an order and paid by credit card(Visa/Master), the credit card transaction will be automatically cancelled. However, period for refund may differ depending on the billing cycle of your credit card company.

    Many credit card companies have in their terms that they have the right to take few weeks to credit your account with a refunded amount.

    Even if your credit card company already charged you the fund, you don't have to worry about the refund. Your credit card company deducts it from next card billing amount.

    (Or if you have an online account for that credit card, you might see the refunded amount already but it may still be being processed.)

    ※ Important: For paypal and credit card, if the refund has been delayed after 60days of making a payment, you should get the refund to your Qaccount.

    3) QAccount (Cash Balance)

    Whether you have used the Qoo10-Protected Cash Transfer, Real time Cash transfer via I-banking (e-Nets) or QAccount as transaction method, your money will be refunded into cash balance of QAccount.

    Once the money is refunded to your QAccount, you can do shopping with your balance in Qaccount for the next purchase.
    If you want to withdraw the fund in Qaccount, go to My Qoo10 > Qaccount > Withdrawal to transfer the balance from Q·account into your personal bank account. ( it may take 2~3 working days)

  • How to post the inquires to the seller?

    The contact information for each seller is available on corresponding pages.

    You can ask a question about your purchased items or items you are interested in.

    If you check seller information at the top side of the page, or scroll down the item page to the bottom,

    you can see "Question" or "Inquire to the seller" under Q&A board.


    And if you click the button, it will redirect you to the page where you post the question to the seller.

  • How to check the completed orders (For registered members)

    In order for you to check your order made, sign in Qoo10 first with your Qoo10 ID(or email) and password.

    Then click the "Qoo10" button(on the right top of the page) and "Shopping List" button.

    If you want to check the past history, kindly select the date range accrodingly.

    If you click the cart number, you are able to check the order number and detail information of your orders.

  • How to check the completed orders (For guest accounts)

    In order for you to check your order made, email address and the password upon ordering are mandatorily required to sign in Qoo10.

    Please be aware that if you could not remember email or password, it is impossible to check order you have made.

     After signing in Qoo10, click the "my Qoo10" button(on the right top of the page) and "Shopping List" button.

    If you click the cart number, you are able to check the order number and detailed information of your orders.

  • How do I get the receipt for the orders made?

    Qoo10 provides the receipt to the customer for orders made.

    If you want to print out the receipt kindly go to "My Qoo10" (on the top right of the page) > Shopping list > Click "receipt" under the cart no.

    Then you are able to check or print out the receipt.

  • How to order as a guest

    If you try to order the items as a guest, there is no process to log in Qoo10.

    You need to choose guest upon ordering on the item page and click “continue”.

    Then it prompts you to the page which enables you to see the details of order and input the address and make a payment.

    (NOTE: To check your orders made, you need to sign in your email and phone number you input upon ordering)



  • How to search the items

    Use the following methods to search for items.

    1) To use the category navigation tool - Use the item category located on top of the Qoo10 page and select by categories of main, 1st sub, and 2nd sub categories from the list. This is the method that is most widely used

    2) To use the keyword - Type a keyword to search by in the search engine tool located on the top of the page and a list of related items will be presented.

    3) To use the item code number or item name (Q Code) - Enter a item code number or item name into the search engine tool, if available, to easily display  the item(s).
