This is the guidance on how to summit inquiry via help desk for customer. Qoo10 Help> contact us > Ask a Question > Summit 1. Select Topic 2. Select related order 3. Explain the claim 4. Click add to attach photo 5. Click uploade to attach 6. submit
Choose the card as the payment method and you can see,
"Reset card Info" then you can Reset the card info saved by ticking "X" (X in the next card number tiny box “Save this card Info as my default card)
You don't need to proceed with the order process completely and just delete the item or cancel the order.
