    ABOUT ITEM: Quality and cut is pretty decent. Not bad for the price. Delivery took quite a while. NOW, ON TO BUSINESS: I'd ordered this set along with another set. When the item arrived, it was not the correct one. The other set did not arrive at all. I posted an inquiry to the seller and issued non-receipt claims for both sets since I did not receive the correct item when it arrived (thus resulting in me not getting any of the items I'd ordered). Seller replied to apologize and told me to cancel my non-receipt claim as they would send someone to pick up the wrong item as well as deliver my item, which I did. After a few days, they did indeed send someone to collect the item but did NOT drop off my items as promised. I then contacted the seller (Joey) again twice but did not get a response for some time until her colleague (Sandy, a very nice lady) replied to apologize profusely on Joey's behalf and to explain that Joey had to suddenly go overseas for an urgent business meeting. Then she promised Joey would get back to me as soon as she was back from her trip the following Monday, which Joey did. Joey apologized and said she would arrange for my item to be delivered. She also informed me that the other set I wanted was out of stock and offered me the option to choose a different item or get a refund. I got the refund. Then I asked if she could change the color of the item I ordered. She kindly accepted and I thanked her. Today, my item finally arrived (took quite a while from the time I placed my order) l. HOWEVER... The courier that delivered my item left it in a place accessible to anyone after claiming that no one answered the door (I don't know if he rang the doorbell in the first place). I checked with my family members and they were actually at home at the time but did not hear anyone ring the doorbell. After dropping my item off, the courier called me to inform me. As I was overseas, he whatsapped me instead. I told him to ensure that someone personally received my item as some of my things had been stolen before from the place he'd left it at. I was under the impression he was in a hurry to leave as he sent me an audio message telling me that no one came to the door so he left my item there and went off. I replied to tell him not to do so in future and he didn't even bother to reply me. To be honest, I wasn't too pleased with his service. So I immediately informed my family members to retrieve the item for me before it got stolen. 2 THINGS: 1) Seller should have informed me they had to be away and couldn't respond for a period of time instead of making me wait and wonder where my items were. Good thing is that they were nice and apologetic and actually did something abt it so that's all good. 2) Courier needs to be more responsible and make sure that the items they drop off are personally received and signed for by someone instead of just leaving the items where anyone can easily gain access to them. ALL IN ALL: It was quite a hassle for me to have to deal with all this so I'm not sure if I'd purchase from this store again..
