Note (1) All our chairs listed in this listing have a maximum weight of 90 KG.
Note (2) Warranty covers the mechanism of the chair (i.e. hydraulic gas lift).
Note (3) - For DIY/Self Setup There are instances where screws cannot be aligned when customers are trying to install the chair. This is not defective and happens due to the method of fixing the screws in.
Note (4) - For DIY/Self Setup It is highly advisable to put one screw in and then secure it slightly (not fully). Repeat the step for other screws before tightening all the screws completely. This will prevent the 'misalignment' from happening.
Note (5) - For DIY/Self Setup A power tool makes the setting up of the chair easier, but not necessary needed if it is not available.

    Help! I have chosen self-setup but could not assemble the chair due to the misalignment of screws. Is the chair defective?

    The chair is not defective and the misalignment happens due to the method of fixing the screws in. Please do not secure the screws tightly one by one but to put one screw in, secure it slightly (not fully) and to repeat the step for other screws (by securing them slightly and then finally tighten all the screws completely). This will prevent the 'misalignment' from happening.

    We are very sorry for the wait. As the initial delivery date has been pushed back, we are trying to arrange for a new delivery date for you.

    However, we have now found that the chair that we are trying to assemble for you has some defects and we will not want to deliver a defected chair to you. As the new shipment of this chair model will arrive on at the end of the month,we truly apologise for the inconvenienece caused. In this case, you may proceed with requesting for a refund and we will accept it.
