First of all, we are going to request stopping the delivery to the delivery company and we need a confirmation from the delivery company. After the confirmation, we are going to refund the item. But before the confirmation, if your item refused at a door step, then there will be charge for the delivery.

The confirmation from the delivery company normally takes at least 2 working day. The item which is refused at the door step means a driver already visit place and it is considered as delivered.

About order number 202181321: As we checked with the customer, the collecting fee is going to be charged for the return/refund . Also, the chairs must be never used and we'd like to receive clear photos of the item packed in the box, which is ready to be collected. After receiving the photos we will proceed the return and refund with deducting collecting fee.

About Order number: 202181323: As we checked on our system, we are sorry to tell you that we could not support this case because you should report defects within 7 days upon receiving the item as we notified on our selling page. However, the item delivery has been completed on 20th of Jan so, it has beem nore than 7 days.

If you are willing to return the chairs of 202181321, please send us clear photos of the item packed in the box, which is ready to be collected.

Can you advise how much is the collection fee? Is it the the same amount as the delivery fee for the chairs? Also the folding table that I mention about I had actually submitted my request earlier. Because u did not reply, so I had to double check with u here, through your chairs listing.. So u have to take the responsibility of Not responding ! See attached pic

I repeatedly sent countless emails to Alexis to follow up on the status of the missing spare parts, but to no reply and no response. I hope that you can ASAP arrange someone to send a new set (2 black jelly cushion chairs) and take back the old set. I had enough of chasing you to send me the spare parts and no one bother to respond.

I left my contact number, countless times of pictures of the spare parts, and I think enough emails had been sent. I hope you can take this matter seriously as it is almost a month since I last feedback about the missing parts.
