Well, Singapore's humid weather can be quite harsh to sensitive products like fresh food, supplements without preservatives and so on. However, please be assured that as long as Nano Royal Jelly is not exposed to direct sun, heat or water, it should be fine. You may not need to store them in refrigeration. However, if u wish to, it's also fine... :) Pls ensure that u replace the cap tightly after each use, OK? :) Do write to us if u have any more questions, OK? Love ya!

    Good evening to u. Here's wishing you GONG HEI FATT CHOY!!! :D We noted your feedback and would like to advice you. Please do not expect the soft gel capsule to be dry. It is natural for it to be slightly oily on the surface. As it is soft-gel capsule gelatin and if without a coating of lecithin (a kind of natural vegetable oil), the capsules will stick to each other under storage especially in our humid and warm weather condition. The silicon packing changing color has not effect on the product itself. As the silicon pack contains drying agent that's capable of absorbing water moisture/ oil vapor within the product upon opening (to keep the capsule good and fresh), the changing of the color on the outer silicon pack may be seen as the silicon pack working. So, please be well assured that it does not have any effect on the overall quality of the product.
