    -if item cannot be repaired, a refund will be given.
    -if the defect can be repaired, either our team will guide you on how to repair it yourself or we will send someone to collect the product from you and provide you a refund ( this exclude item that are covered with warranty).     Notwithstanding that the product is within the warranty period, this warranty shall be invalided and rendered void upon the following:

    The product shows evidence of abnormal use; impact, shock; abuse, mishandling, improper installation, operation or maintenance, use of wrong electrical supply or voltage; damage caused by installation of any software, programs or applications, or use of any accessories or equipment not approved by the manufacturer; improper modification or dismantling of the product contrary to the product manual.
    Warranty sticker has been damaged/removed/missing from the product or the packaging.

    This warranty does not cover:

    Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product and any accessories even if packaged or sold together with the product.

    Hi Customer, Thank you for your video. Have you tried with other type of battery. Cause our supplier had mention to us that there is some changes from the old batch of mouse.
    You can try something else that is not from GP, Energizer or stated for heavy duty products. Do try and let us know again.

    I was told not to use these batteries as it will leak. I know my 1 & 2 mouse are blue LED while my third is red and this last faulty mouse should be red LED. So I think the change is the LED change. But my 3rd mouse is working using these batteries also.

    As mention, there is a change in the mouse thus it is NOT the same as your previous mouse.

    If you can show that the mouse is still faulty even after using the correct battery via video then we can proceed to send you an replacement. Otherwise we are not able to proceed.

    1. I just want to point out that I've been using alkaline batteries with this mouse for some time now and it's working fine. So confirm, alkaline batteries are not the problem.
    2. I have gone to a number of shops and I cannot find non-alkaline, non-heavy duty, non-GP AAA batteries. In Singapore, it's very difficult to find this type of AAA batteries. The batteries I've used is borrowed from somebody. There are still AA batteries I've found but not easily. AAA - can't find.
    3. You can easily swap the colour plate on the mouse from RED to BLACK.

    You can try Ikea batteries. We are using it and no problem encountered.
    We don't swap mouse plate like this and we had never done that before. Thank for informing us that it can be swapped.

    My point is there is NO NEED to get these batteries as alkaline batteries work with the mouse. I just want to update you on that so that you don't have to get your customers do the testing for the wrong reasons.

    Qoo10 system will auto change the status to " delivered" after 14 days from the shipping date.

    Do check your letterbox these few days as sometime delivery can be slower than usual.

    If parcel can't fit in to your letterbox, a collection slip ( A5 paper) will be given to you (thru your letterbox) to self collect at their nearest Posi office. In such a case, if parcel is unclaimed, it will be return back to sender.
