Ordered phone on 1st Feb and received phone after CNY.
After loading the phone with apps and trying, discovered that the phone is mute, meaning there is no sound form the phone speakers. Problem still persists after factory reset. Communicated with seller and quickly send back phone by fedex for investigation. The above process is quite fast and I must say the seller replies promptly and to the point (Unlikely some seller's reply which is can be totally irrelevant, just to show Qoo10 they are replying <don't know whether Qoo10 actually care to monitor the quality of reply>).
Speed of investigation at seller place is slow especially this is a "dead on arrival" case. Ok, fast forward, replacement phone arrived on 27th Feb. This time the phone speakers are ok and everything seems ok until the phone starts to auto reboot every 5 to 10 minutes or when the phone goes into sleep mode. The phone just won't wake up unless you do a reboot.
Now the phone is back with seller, finger crossed and don't know whether when it will come back. Response from seller seems to slow down too, not replying as quickly.more review

seller wise... Bought during CNY period so waited till they started work. But once they were back the delivery was within 1-2 working days.
phone wise... Nice phone IMO, browsing the pdf documents was fast, phone feels more weighted than the Mi5 which is a plus point as it doesnt feel so plastic or cheap..more review

Bootloader can be unlocked using Mi unlock tool directly on this ROM.
I've unlocked bootloader and installed with Xiaomi EU rom. Perfect and works great.
Observed some bug with camera (out of focus) but after a while camera works fine every time camera started.
Fingerprint - works fine but you should create fingerprint record of the same finger more than 1, e.g 2 right thumb. this will helps with the response.
the rest, phone works excellent (coming from a Mediatek phone) this will last me another 2 years or 3 hopefullymore review

To Whom it may concern,I purchase the Mi 5s from you with the extended 12 months warranty on Oct 18, 2016.I used a 3G SIM card for this phone and it has been working fine until last Sunday on 16th Apr 2017 where it suddenly is unable to reach any Mobile network. I turned on the manual search and all it detected were the 4G network but not the 3G. Yesterday I took it to the Xiaomi authorised service center to ask for their opinion. While this is not a product that is officially launched in Sg and hence, they were not able to rectify it for me. They checked the settings and found everything to be in order.
