It depends on the courier service you choose.Generally 1-3 days for Fedex, 3-5 days for TAQBIN

For Fedex:

You may track on their website, usually it shows up there within a few hours after status changed to shipped.

How does the 1 year store warranty work?

Am living in SG. So have to send back to you for repair? Also what proof do we need to show for purchase with you when we sending for repairunder warranty?

Hi yes item has to be sent back to us for repair. You let us know the qoo10 order number and the problem and we will give technical advise or return instructions if needed. After item is back with us we will inspect the problem reported, and match the product’s serial number with record. No proof is needed.
