    hi Dear, we understand that it is our error from our side and we are resolving th issue here. We are unable to find who is the customer who bought the item from us from the Qoo10 system which is not seller but Qoo10. The report is only how many are sold and the amount. We will need to arrange a pickup from your side ont he 10ml as this is part of the company policy for exchange and return. Can we arrange a pickup tomorrow? We will send the 50ml size item to you by this week.

    Dear customer service. Now this is absolutely unfair that u did collect the payment of 10ml from me and not other customer that has used the 10ml cream. If this is a mistake by your side that you are willing to bear the cost. You should not be asking any of the customer to return the 10ml bottle. Now i feel shortchange too

    Dear customer service,
    You did not offer me a.solution of returning the open bottle. That is why i feel short change... u said please.return as long as it is unused even.i have told you that i have used it once. Remembered? I offered $8 based on the volume but still you never tell me said nvm just mail us back the small bottle as it is needed based on company policy. Now it is not really a $8 thingy. I like the product veru much and dun mind paying it.It is just a feeling that the customer got bully for being kind. It is that you did not give me that option from start. To ease the trouble, i might still end up paying because i am lazy to go post office. Upfront i was not given the choice. Anyway i do not want to pursue this matter. I just hope this thing won't happen again
