How to check completed orders (For guest accounts)

Please be reminded that email address and mobile number are mandatory for sign in at Qoo10 in order to check your order(s).

 After signing in Qoo10, click "my Qoo10" button(on the right top of the page) and "Shopping List" button.

 
If you click the cart number, you are able to check the order number and detailed information of your orders.
