If you want to change your bank account, you should send a copy of your bank statement that you want to use at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will get a confirmation email from Qoo10 in 7 days (It may take a little bit longer than usual depend on the circumstances) if your new bank statement has been approved.
→ Singapore Citizens (over 15 years old) or Singapore Permanent Residents
A copy of your Bank Statement or a copy of legally valid document showing the identical name written on your NRIC or Business License which you submitted during the Seller Authorization process.
→ Foreigners holding a valid work visa for Singapore (Employment Pass, Work Permit; not a tourist visa)
A copy of your Bank Statement or a copy of legally valid document showing the identical name written on your FIN Card or Business License which you submitted during the Seller Authorization process.
Before proceed with the seller account termination, please check on the follow list.
1. On going claim/auction/Group buy/order2. Active item listing3. Remain Balance at Qaccount
Once the seller account get terminated, the buyer account under same email address and ID will be terminated also.Please refer to the left side banner under “close Qoo10 account” at the help.http://www.qoo10.sg/gmkt.inc/CS/NHelpHome.aspx
Please submit required documents as (1)Copy of NRIC and (2)Copy of Bank statement.
I have submitted required documents but the status still shows ‘Required Documents Not submitted’ on QSM
If you are not settled within 3 days and you still see ‘Required Documents Not submitted’ on QSM after seller register, please check the submitted documents. All the information for NRIC (your name, date of birth and picture) and bank statement(bank name, account number and beneficiary name) need to be all visible and documents must be under same name in order for us to approve you as a seller.
