Sellers can create attractive item description pages to provide information to potential buyers about their items, payment and shipping methods, and returns policies.Qoo10 monitors listings and promotes selected items by applying free discount coupons and advertising them within Qoo10 and on other websites.
Qoo10 helps you to sell! We invest heavily in buying media from major local channels, such as internet portals and price comparison websites, so you save on your own promotional activities and related costs. In addition, Qoo10 provides sellers with a range of marketing tools, including loyalty programs.
1. Discount Coupons : Buyers can collect discount coupons by trading in Qstamps or visiting pages that issue discount coupons. Flexible use of coupons, just like in bricks-and-mortar shops, increases the fun side of shopping, while encouraging buyers to buy more on Qoo10.
2. Q-Stamp : Registered buyers can earn Qoo10 Stampes (Qstamps) through various activities on the Qoo10 site, including purchasing selected products and writing product reviews. Qmarket also awards Qstamps through random draws and other channels. Qstamps can be accumulated and redeemed for discount coupons.
3. Qoo10 Mileage : Registered buyers can earn Qoo10 Miles by purchasing selected products. The selected products are seller promotions, and the relevant seller bears the cost for issuing Qoo10 Miles.
To ensure a secured trading environment, Qoo10 requires merchants to submit documents such as their NRIC, bank statements, etc. for payment settlement. Merchants can start selling activities, such as product listing before submission of the required documents; however, funds collected from buyers will not be released to the seller until they have submitted the required documents and submission is confirmed by Qoo10.

Qoo10 Service Fees
> Changes in seller grades will take effect on the first day of every month.
> Overseas service fee rate will apply to overseas seller who register after July 1, 2015.
- The service fee rate is decided based on the seller account grade and the basic item price(Qprice).
- The service fee is calculated based on the total transaction amount.
* Transaction amount = basic item Price + Option Price + Shipping fee
- The credit card service fee is included in the Qoo10 service Fee, herein there is no additional fee on it.
- The additional tax which incurred from the service fee is borne by seller.

F.A.Q on changes to service fees
A:Service rating is a new measurement tool to determine seller's service quality. The Service rating should measure buyer'soverall experience with a seller by using the following three ratings: Shipment rating, Claim rating, and Buyer rating. The summation of these three ratings determines the Service rating. In order to maintain or upgrade seller grade, Service ratingshould not be a negative value. Service rating = Shipment rating + Claim rating + Buyer rating Shipment rating: Points are added or deducted based on length of time from payment completion date to shipment completion date. (For reserved items, the duration is measured from expected shipment date to shipment completion date.)A long shipping duration will lead to a point(s) deduction and a short shipping duration will result in addition of a point.Claim rating: If cancel/return of items result due to seller's fault, 3 points will be deducted.Buyer rating: If a buyer highly recommends during a product review, 1 point is added. If a buyer chooses not recommend, 1 point is deducted. Product review is written at the confirmation of shipment completion stage.
