rate: 25Bad Attitude
Purchased this item on 7 sep with stock available as according to their page. Realized that on the Qoo10 platform, it was not shipped out after 3-4 business day (as according to seller). Contacted seller on 12 sep and was told to sms/whatsapp to 97925231.
That was when they told me "next week reach u." I then proceed to wait till next week and asked if i could drop by to collect myself. At this moment, seller said to me "this model no reach yet", "friday should be reach me". It wasnt stated that it was a pre-order or shipped in from overseas etc and seller didnt bother to update customer about it. From the last text seller replied, he didnt reply any of my text.
Called in on Mon 23/9/19 around 1pm + and his colleague, a lady picked the phone. She advised that the shipment will be coming in that day around 2-3pm, it'll be better if i drop by at around 4ish, then said why not i leave my phone number and she will call me back when arrived. didnt happen at all.
Reach the shop at 5pm and was told my item was shipped out. tried reasoning out with seller that it was their mistake that they didnt bother to update customer on their item if they are out of stock etc, i ordered thinking its ready stock. Seller told me that "if you cannot wait, if we didnt reply your text, you can just cancel order and ask for refund". "look at our stock, we're busy how can we contact you?"
In simple words, i paid for my product and i got blamed for their mistake.
THIS IS A NO GO SHOP, you can try at your own risk. Be prepared to face an unreasonable seller if you're unlucky enough to get their "ready stock". If you're feeling lucky, you can try! All in all, still have to give the luggage it's credit, its a good product i'd say.
