I regret to inform you that Q-Express had made mistakes in my recent order which was delivered to my residence today.
I have placed an order of 5 items in total i.e. Black Sugar Mask (2-pcs), Strawberry Black Sugar (2-pcs) and Rice Mask (1-pc) at the total value of S$53.50
When I opened up the package, I am very disappointed to find the items enclosed are NOT in order. Firstly, there is shortage of 1 item i.e. Strawberry Black Sugar and Rice Mask. Instead they put Black Sugar Honey (1-pc) in the package which I did not order for this item at all. The most contradicting part is that the delivery note SGSG946354 does not match with the items I have ordered. It makes me wonder if this package is meant for another customer??
Anyway I would appreciate it if you could get Q-Express to replace my missing items as soon as possible.
