To all buyers, beware when you buy from Singapore Post as they are highly inflexible and do not care about customer service.

Even if you are a true honest buyer, they will not entertain any form of legit request for change of address (see other chat), as well as refunds or exchange. This is despite explaining to them that I had to reorder another $300 worth of envelops due to the size of their 600g smart pac which were too small. The items were in their original packaging, yet, they refuse to entertain any sort of request.

The delivery of these smartpac to the recipients are also highly lacking, with several of my customers having issues receiving them (despite the tracking status marking them as delivered). Point is you order expensive tracked postage from them so that it can be safely delivered to the customers or the recipients.

Better to go other service providers.
