    Qns: I have tried sending you much inquiries, but there is no response.

    * Please note that the top-up is valid & applicable for PREPAID customers only! Ensure the nature of your mobile number, only then proceed with the purchase.

    * After a successful top-up, any request(s) for refund or to top-up on a new number if the number was entered wrongly the first time by the customer will not be accepted, as the top-up would be performed successfully on the entered number; which is irrevocable & cannot be reversed.

    * Once purchased, the order update status from "Payment Processing" to "On Request" may take some time. Therefore, we humbly request customer's kind patience.

    * For special balance top-up amount, validity or other related queries; please check with your mobile operator for details.
