    Dear Customer,

    There will not be any Store Pick Up on 25th October (Friday) and 29th October (Tuesday).

    Processing of order for delivery (Singpost and Qxpress) will be as per normal on the mention 2 days (25th Oct and 29th Oct)

    Store Pick Up will resume on 30 October (Wednesday). Thank you for your support and understanding.

    - For driving, you can park from Level 1 - 7 and take the lift to come up. Car Park Entrance will be from Serangoon North Ave 4/5.
    - We will require 1-2 business days to prepare your order for collection and will send you a notification once order ready for collection. You may also call us at our office 64839665 to check if your order is ready.

    We strongly encourage and recommend you to select Qxpress for tracking number to be provided to trace the mail package. We will not be responsible for any lost mail if you select Singpost normal mail (To letterbox).

    We have genuine cases every month that mail package was delay or not receive (Believe Postman lost the mail during transit or drop to wrong letterbox due to fast finger etc) which we will take it as lost mail if you did not receive after 35 days.
