Dear Customers,

Please take note of our change of Operating Hours from 15th May 2018 - 15th June 2018.

Our Temp Operating hours will be from 11 am to 5 pm daily.

We are closed on every Mondays,Eve of Public Holidays and PH.

We will be having a Store at Geylang Serai ,Store 70 and 71, near Tanjong Katong Complex Bus Stop during this period with our full range of Fairy Lights and Watch Boxes.

Normal Operating Hours will resume back on the 16th June 2018.

We will usually be operating from 7 pm to 12/1 am on Weekdays and 1-2 am on Weekends.

We encountered many issues with customers asking for their orders delivery time/date when in fact they have chosen "Store Pick Up" Option. If you wish to opt for delivery, please click on the "Qxpress" Option. If you have purchased multiple items, please ensure that all items are click using "Qxpress" Delivery,we sort out orders accordingly to Store Pick Up/Delivery option only, we are not able to pack all your orders based on Cart Number/Group Shipping at our back end system.
If you have received a E Ticket Voucher, it means that you have opt for Store Pick Up and not Delivery.
During the festive season, due to huge volume of orders, kindly please purchase all your items under delivery if you wants, we will appreciate it if you do not purchase few under Store Pick Up, and some under Delivery and ask us to combine all together for delivery as this will confused our packing of orders and delaying your orders.

Dear Qoo10 Customers, at StarzDeals,we constantly checked/QC all products before sending out to Qxpress,sometimes the product could be damaged during delivery or due to manufacturer defect in which we ourself could not prevent.This will only happen at a probability of 1 or 2 orders out of an average of 700 orders we sent out weekly.

We offer 7 working days 1-1 exchange for all defective product for Delivery/Store Pick up Options,available at our Store only. We are not able to send a courier to your place and take back the defective product and pass you the new product as it will costs us $10.00 - $15.00 for the courier service. Alternatively,you can also resend us back the defective item if you are not free to drop by at your own costs and we will resend you a new piece.
