    Submission of claims: Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receipt of the item.

    Hi dear, your parcel had been sent out on 5 July and we had dropped you a msg/email to update you on the shipping status. As you've chosen Singpost normal postage with no tracking available, we are unable to check on the parcel. Do note that Singpost normal postage takes 2 to 21 working days. (not inclusive of Sat & Sun), and carries with it a risk of parcel loss (such as the postman dropping the parcel into the wrong mailbox) as mentioned in our listing, which we are unable to undertake. We also have customers who receive their parcels as late as 3-5 weeks later on Singpost normal postage. Should we receive any returned parcel from Singpost, we will inform you too. Hope you will receive the parcel soon. :)
