    I have not received my items, can you check delivery status?

    First of all, it does take time to send and deliver items to buyers. 2-5 working days is the norm. We update delivery status after sending out, so if it shows item already sent out, then it is indeed sent out. If you chose registered mail(Qxpress/Smartpac), please click on the Tracking button in your order summary in your qoo10 account to find out the latest delivery status. Or, you may go to http://www.singpost.com/track-items and check with the tracking ID provided in your order record. Kindly note that Singpost may take 1-3 days to update the tracking system. SmartPac will be delivered to the Recipient's letterbox if there are no one to receive the parcel and the delivery note will be signed by the Postman. If you chose SingPost normal mail, unfortunately there's no tracking number and the parcel is not traceable. We will not be responsible for any lost/delayed/damaged item caused during delivery shipped via SingPost normal mail.

    If you order today, the item only can reach on Monday or tues day. Cos the deliveryman have pick up your parcel on 24th Jan.

    If you choose Qxpress, it usually takes 1-2 working days to reach you.

    Normal mail usually takes 2-5 working days, but now its peak season of delivery, but it can be delayed more than 1 week up to a month in certain case due to SingPost own reason

    We highly recommeded to use Qxpress as your shipping method especially during these Festive Season
