I totally understand the risks of buying through mail. However, it was not stated on your ad that the seller, you, are not responsible if items get lost if sent through normal mail. If it was clearly stated, I wouldn't be contacting you, nor would I have made a purchase which I have to take a risk with in the first place.
Your reluctance to provide me with a deadline to work a deadline is confusing. How long is "over a month"? One month to 6 months? I cannot wait until by the time the item arrive and by that time I don't need it anymore.
So the situation now is, are you going to refund me? If not then I'll be seeking help from Qoo10 or CASE.
As I mention, I even had to contact Singpost. Please advise on your next action, so that I can make mine and stop this matter from dragging on.
