    Our apologies, we are unable to arrange a specific delivery date and time as delivery is fully controlled via Qxpress. Qxpress delivery personnel will usually contact prior to the delivery. Alternatively, you may wish to contact Qxpress customer service hotline at +65-6661-9100 to try to request for a preferred date and time slot. We are also unable to hold orders on customers request due to delivery fulfillment requirements set by Qoo10. Once your order is received, we will proceed to process.
