All buyers have been notified of the risk associated with normal mail i.e. delay or lost mail. We are NOT liable for any delays or lost NORMAL mails since there is no tracking number. Lost mails are uncommon, we suggest you first verify the address you keyed into the system. Please check with your family member if they collected on behalf.     I have verified and the address is correct. I have checked and no one from my home has received the package. This is not the first time I have ordered from your website and previously I have been happy with the quick delivery. It has now been more than 1 month since your order was allegedly delivered. Can you scan over documentary evidence of your postage? I am unable to accept your argument that the risk should just be purely mine when I am just rely purely on your word that you have sent out the goods? Have you any way of providing evidence showing that?
