    I have verified and the address is correct. I have checked and no one from my home has received the package. This is not the first time I have ordered from your website and previously I have been happy with the quick delivery. It has now been more than 1 month since your order was allegedly delivered. Can you scan over documentary evidence of your postage? I am unable to accept your argument that the risk should just be purely mine when I am just rely purely on your word that you have sent out the goods? Have you any way of providing evidence showing that?
