    I noticed you have removed the 30% shop discount coupon which is supposed to end by 26Nov. I downloaded your shop discount voucher at 12.05am today. However, when I checked at 10am this morning, you removed your shop discount coupon of 30%. For this instance, I should get advice from Qoo10 and not your shop?

    I requested to change my order from 4-tier to 5-tier cabinet on 24 Nov 2018 but you arranged delivery 26 Nov 2018 WITHOUT replying my inquiry. You could have rejected my order if you cannot change the options. There should be some flexibility since I asked before you arrange the delivery. Making it worst is you took 2 days to reply me and your contact number 31571567 is engaged forever...
