    - Cheapest shipping method
    - Delivered to your letterbox
    - Takes 1-5 business days to be delivered depending on SingPost and your area postman
    - No tracking number to track status

    2. SingPost SmartPac

    - Cost abit more
    - Items delivered to your door step. If no one is around, postman will deliver items to your letterbox. If letterbox is full, a delivery advice will be issued so you can request for re-delivery or collect at the nearest post office

    It is highly likely your parcel is lost after so long. We will absorb the cost of the lost and will re-send another set of your order to you.

    Orange is out of stock. We're only left with the Purple colour. If you are alright with Purple, we will arrange to ship out the item to you via SingPost SmartPac (with tracking number).

    The shipping fee for SingPost SmartPac would be $3.99. You can make payment with your Qoo10 account by going to the URL below, then enter the payment amount in the page:

    We certainly understand your frustration.

    As shared with you, the days after your parcel was shipped happen to be the National Day and Hari Raya public holiday long weekend that SingPost do not operate.

    Though 13 calendar days have passed, today is effectively the 7th working day since your parcel was posted out on the 8 Aug 2019.

    SingPost usually take 1-5 working days to deliver but as shared previously, postal delays are very common and can be expected after periods of long holidays as there will be a huge backlog of mails to deliver.

    Your items could be delayed or lost. As there's no tracking number for normal mail, there's no way for us to know if your parcel is lost or delayed.

    If you do not receive your parcel by the 14th working day on 30 Aug 2019, we will take it as your parcel is lost and will absorb the full cost of the loss.

    Contact us again and a full refund will be processed for you.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Your parcel was shipped out last week on 8 Aug 2019.

    The following days, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th are all weekends and public holidays (National Day and Hari Raya).

    SingPost do not operate during this period of time, so naturally there would be no delivery.

    The earliest they resumed normal operations was on the 13th Aug. Today is the 16th Aug.

    They typically take around 1-5 working days to deliver but postal delays are very common and can be expected after periods of long holidays as there will be a huge backlog of mails to deliver.

    We ask for your patience to give them more time to deliver your parcel.

    Meanwhile, please keep a look out for the parcel in your letterbox as it will be delivered there.

    You have opt for SingPost normal mail and your parcel will be delivered to your letterbox.

    As you have chose a delivery method with no tracking number, it is not possible for us to track the status of delivery for you. So sorry about this.

    SingPost typically takes 1-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to deliver but may occasionally take longer when mail volumes are high.

    You may wish to check if anyone else could have already opened the letterbox and collected the parcel for you earlier. Otherwise, please give SingPost a little more time to deliver as the parcel could be caught up in a postal delay.
