Hi seller, what's the difference between full Curved film & anti finger film? Which 1 is easier to apply on the screen? I'm using the Samsung Note8. I also saw a review on the Mize Flip cover that after putting on the Note8, it affected the sensitivity of the screen, but not on other phone. Can you pls advise? Thank you.

Hi Customer,
The anti-finger film has fingerprint protection, but the curved cell phone is designed to protect only the flat area. It is a size that does not pop up when you attach the film to the screen. However, the Full Curved film is made from a flexible urethane material that protects the curved portion of the screen. The Mize flip cover has a built-in magnet on the flip cover to hold the flip cover. However, the Note 8 model will initially run the S pen function because of its magnet, but there is nothing wrong with touching the screen. Thanks.

It is a method of attaching screen protective film. Please refer to the attached image. Clean the screen with an alcohol pad. Just peel off about 3/1 of the protective film attached to the screen film, and match the device and film exactly to the speaker. You can attach it without bubbles by pushing it with a squeeze. If you do not have a squeeze, you can use your credit card. After the screen film is completely attached, it is necessary to remove the protective film that protects the touch surface of the mobile phone. Thanks.

I have recently bought two iphone 6/6s cases from your shop, first a black one and then now a pink one of the exact same model and design. While my phone can fit perfectly into the inner case of the pink one, the outer phone case for it is much larger than the iphone 6s itself, causing me much inconvenience if used. The outer case should have fit the phone perfectly too (like the black colour one that I have received previously as seen in the picture). Please kindly assist me in getting an exchange for a fitting phone case. Thanks.

Please reply to my inquiry asap. It has been over 2 weeks from your stated shipment date and I yet to receive this item. From past experience, Singpost will not take so long to deliver my order. Do you delay in mailing out the item? I am not the only one who encountered delay shipment. Nobody would want this kind of service. Is there something wrong with the dept in charge? Please investigate.
