    How come I still haven't receive my item yet??? When will it arrive?

    Dear customer, we have sent out the item on the date stated in your Qoo10. We are not postman, we dont know when u will receive it. If you have chosen registered mail, you are able to check thru Singpost website. But if you have opt for normal mail,we are not able to track the location of the item. Please note that upon placing order, customers are responsible for any delayed or lost mails during delivery as stated in our listing. We strongly advise customer to opt for registered mail to avoid any lost for missing mails and average loss mails in Singpost is 5 out of 100 parcels.     I apologize for the late reply. I mounted this case on my phone. This case has elasticity because it is a jelly case. Would you like to pull the end of this standing bar up to the end and stand it on the floor?

    Hi, if I extend the bar to the max, it will drop off. If I don’t extend it to the max, the phone cannot stand because the bar will close by itself. Even without weight of the phone, the bar cannot stand by itself (in the video), what’s more mounted with the phone. As the stand did not fulfil what it is supposed to do, I would like a full refund.
