    How come I still haven't receive my item yet??? When will it arrive?

    Dear customer, we have sent out the item on the date stated in your Qoo10. We are not postman, we dont know when u will receive it. If you have chosen registered mail, you are able to check thru Singpost website. But if you have opt for normal mail,we are not able to track the location of the item. Please note that upon placing order, customers are responsible for any delayed or lost mails during delivery as stated in our listing. We strongly advise customer to opt for registered mail to avoid any lost for missing mails and average loss mails in Singpost is 5 out of 100 parcels.     Yes, after ur several advise to wait patiently for the parcel cos I chose normal delivery, i’ve decided to protect my poor phone with a store bought cover on the second week of waiting. I spent extra cos, Yes, it’s my fault for choosing normal delivery, like so many of your customers. Serve us right. So stupid. N we wonder why we have no problems with other sellers but only you.

    Now my question is, why is shipping changed to delivered when it is missing. Is it q010’s fault? Should I call their administrator up?

    The shipment date on your status it's the date we ship out. Singpost normal mail can not know the exact delivery date. Singpost normal mail is fast it takes at 5-7 Business days. But late it will takes more than 3-4 weeks Business days. We have experienced many cases. Some customers received goods in just a few days, and some customers received goods from one month to six weeks later. Item was sent immediately. Please wait. We hope that your orders goods arrive quickly to you. Thanks.
