Small and compact. Love it's size but have to be careful with it as you will easily lose it if you drop. Sound quality wise it's ok.. bass is higher for this earphone.

Everything is fine. Good earphone. Took it jogging and used by Wife for commute. Everything ok. I'm a bass head so it's not exactly for me since it's focused on mid and high. None the less still worth it

HiIs the BTD1077 has multiport pairing feature? E.g can it be connected to my phone and tablet at the same time. Both buds will hear the same video sound playing on tablet. When the other phone ring, video in tablet will pause and incoming call can be answered?

Hi,For BTD0158, I saw a few photos and seems like the orange and black version are slightly different. The depth which the ear bud is kept is different, where the orange version is deeper and covers the entire ear bud, while the black version will still expose the ear bud during charging. Is that correct?

Dear customer,Thank you for your message.Sorry to hear that.We recommend performing a reset if you are experiencing issues such as audio fading in and out, low volume, pairing issues, etc. To perform a reset, place the earbuds back into the charging case. Press down on the SAVFY earbud(s) while they are in the charging case, for about 5 seconds or more until you see the LED light flash BLUE, then turn off . Now, the earbud should be back to factory default settings and the reset is complete. Pls kindly have a try.Best Regards
