netural Cannot detach joycon after putting on crystal protector

Pls note, with the crystal protector on, cannot detach the joycon.....slow delivery too. Ordered on 2 jan received on 12 jan. Paid $14.90 for this.

Very poor customer service and follow up actions, item paid but not received and waiting for almost 1 month now.
