the color is dependent on your diet and the food you eat. The plums is only enzymes which helps to block fats and improve digestion.
Having diarrhea is due to lack of fibre in your daily food (hence mostly are just water).
You can try to take half plum each time to see if it is better? Do take more water after. Thank you!
