    As you have chose a delivery method with no tracking number, it is not possible for us to track the status of delivery for you. So sorry about this.

    SingPost typically takes 1-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to deliver but may occasionally take longer when mail volumes are high, especially during the peak year-end online shopping sale season.

    Have you check your letterbox or with your family members who may have already opened the letterbox and collected the parcel for you earlier?
