    1. Thanks for confirming that the item was not resent for the past few occasions . I am very unhappy with the way your shop handle this matter. (It may not be the same person handling the inquiries. But there were certainly very rude, dishonest and irresponsible replies!!)

    Before I start the exchange process, I need to clarify the following:

    a) Given the past 3 bad experiences which the shop claimed you re-sent but I did not receive, how will you ensure you will really send the replacement strap and postage fee to me?
    b) now that you are going to send the postage fee I incurred ( in cash) together with the correct strap, please use REGISTERED mail to ensure delivery and no further dispute.
    c) likewise, I will also send back the strap using Registered mail.

    **Kindly confirm that you will send back replacement strap and postage fee reimbursement in registered mail to me.
