Hi, Your item was posted out on 03/04. For normal parcels, Singpost takes about 3 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and PH) for delivery, and sometimes 3 weeks due to random check.

For shipping, if you select:
1. Singpost Normal Mail - Singpost takes about 3 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and PH) for delivery.;
2. Qxpress - Qxpress takes about 2 to 4 working days (excluding weekends and PH) to deliver to your door step.

We will strongly recommend you to select Qxpress as it comes with insurance and tracking number.

Upon received, pls take out the correct order from the packing , and put the wrong pcs into the packing , then put back to the package that you received, on the front write "no such person" , then seal it and put into any postage box, it will then be return to us. We only do exchange for wrong order , and we only fulfil the order online, strictly no meetup. Thanks

Tempered glass is broken and hard case does not fit and has holes/scratches on the front and back.
