You send me a faulty camera, says communicate through your aftersale service. The aftersale sale service still keeps on asking for more information. You send me a faulty camera all I want is a replacement camera or refund, it’s a simple request I just want what I paid for and if you can not give me a proper functioning camera then refund my money...

Same response, always says contact after sales. Going around in circles....delay tactics and not genuine to resolve issue. This seller, sells faulty product will always says email after sales.....just send me functioning product or refund no need to keep talking.
