* Power Up: Chew 2 gummies in the morning during/after breakfast. You may also chew it before a morning workout. Alternatively, you may chew 1 gummy during breakfast and another one before your morning workout. To avoid dehydration, it is advisable to drink a glass of water after each consumption.
* Hunger Buster: Chew 2 gummies in the afternoon (snack). You may also chew it before an afternoon/night workout. Alternatively, you may chew 1 gummies in the afternoon and another one before your afternoon/night workout.
