    Which delivery method should I select?

    We highly recommend selecting the "Seller Delivery" method, as it is more reliable than "QX Quick". Please note that by selecting "QX Quick", you are accepting a high risk (more than 90 percent chance) of dissatisfaction, disappointment and that of a failed delivery. We are unable to assist with any delivery issues for QX Quick, and once your order has been picked-up from our premises (as reflected in the QX Quick tracking), we are not liable for any delivery shortfall or any damage to your order. In such an instance, you will need to contact QX Quick customer service department at +65-6661-9100 to have your issue/s settled. Thank you for your understanding.

    What is "Seller Delivery"?

    "Seller Delivery" is our in-house, professional cake delivery concierge service. Please note that "Seller Delivery" is available on Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Public Holidays. Deliveries will be made from 5:00 pm onwards only (in the evenings only). Your delivery will be scheduled within 2 working days of payment receipt. We apologise that we are unable to accede to specific-date deliveries. We are also unable to change the delivery date once it has been confirmed. Please kindly note that a redelivery fee of $6.00 is applicable (to be paid directly to the delivery driver) if the order is undeliverable on the first attempt.
