    Your package was posted on 02 Apr via Singpost normal mail and it usually takes about 3-6 working days for Singpost to deliver.

    Unfortunately, we could not track packages sent via Singpost normal mail. It sometimes does take longer for parcels sent via normal mail, we have even encountered cases where buyer only received their package a month later.

    In the meantime, we will also look out for your return mail and will contact you if we receive yours.

    Hi Seller, do you have a receipt or document to prove that you’ve handed the item over to Singpost? I still haven’t received it and can’t just keep waiting. This situation doesn’t make me feel good at all. If I knew this could happen, I would have chosen the express mail. As I mentioned, I had order a different item with a normal mail from you last time and it was just fine.

    We are sorry that you have to be kept waiting. It might have taken Singpost longer to delivery this time. We'll usually give Singpost about three weeks to return any unclaimed or undelivered packages and contact buyers once received for re-delivery arrangements.

    Please be rest assured that if you still do not receive your package or if we still don't receive the return package by the end of the month, we'll resend a new pack to you.
