    Singpost Normal Mail is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore. However it is not traceable. Singpost will not be responsible for lost parcel. Singpost takes 3-10 working days for delivery and sometimes up to 3 weeks due to random check.

    Please note we do not provide any photo taking service before sending out mails, if "proof of sending" is required, please opt for Qxpress delivery.

    Pouch length is only 17cm ++ and not even 18cm. The listing state that type A large size should be 22cm long.

    If your actual stock is not the same as the listing 22cm then kindly refund me instead. I am buying and expecting a size 22cm or longer pouch when I got misleaded into buying this item due to the listing advertised.

    I am only willing to exchange for type B large only if it's quality and measurements are as advertised and not as low quality and wrong measurements and out of shape as this type A large.

    u are false claiming that your seller QSM software u use to view and process your orders and also reply customers and qoo10.sg seller department staff cannot be use to track my order when order number is given and i asked via the ask seller tab? so your email from gmail can track qoo10.sg orders when qoo10,sg cannot even track their own orders on their seller software QSM? No QSM u cannot even view orders. FYI, i am a seller here so i know what are the facts and truth.
