Yes . It comes with the scan code sticker where u can scan it and get a confirmation from sennheiser website saying it is authentic

Hi, I received my Bluetooth headset quite fast, but I cannot pair it to my laptop, I used the cable but the quality of the sound was not good. This is my second inquiry as the first one came out with no avail. If I cannot get a replacement, then please refund the payment.
