1. Once package is being mailed out, you may only request to exchange should item be defective within the warranty period. 2. For wrong items received or missing items, please provide us a photo of the parcel and items within it with delivery information via email to bandslinks@gmail.com, we will cover the shipping cost if it is our fault. 3. For defective items received, please provide us photo or small video clip via email bandslinks@gmail.com regarding the defective issue. We will thereafter provide further details to you for servicing/replacement. 4. Warranty period starts from date of order. For any malfunctions, you can bring it back to us within the warranty period for warranty service/replacement.
