    The dehumidifier on the right is the newest model, because some customers report to us that if have this material, the item is not easy to heat dissipation in Summer, we have updated the item and install a built-in anion generator in the machine.

    It can't be a faulty machine, becasue we test all the item before send out.

    For the item, please kindly noted, it can collect approx 500ml each 24 hours at 25℃, 90%RH. And please kindly noted, when use the item, please do not turn on the air conditioner in the same time, becasue the air conditioner also with a dehumidification functions.

    Hello Seller,
    If the unit is not faulty, why is it only absorbed 1 inch of moisture and no more water? You can take back the unit and check whether it is absorbing water. I use the old unit on the left it absorbs water but the new one on the right is not absorbing water. They are used at the same place and I do not have aircon at home. The light is working but no water absorb. You said you tested every unit before shipment, I believe your test is only on the light. Let me repeat myself, the new unit you sent me the LIGHT IS WORKING, BUT IT ABSORDED ONLY 1 INCH OF WATER AND THE WATER TANK REMAINED AT 1 INCH WITHOUT ABSORBING MORE WATER EVENTHOUGH IS LIGHT IS STILL ON. You can test the unit yourself. What is the use of a dehumidifier that does not absorb water but the 'C' light is on ? I am buying a Dehumidifier not a light. The unit is obviously faulty, but it is difficult to detect because it did absorb water but only 1 inch, at first thought perhaps my place was dry, so I tested in wardrobe but still no water, but when I used the old unit at the same place which is at my sitting room and wardrobe, the tank was full in a few days, do you still need further explanation that the unit you sent was faulty? I have purchased a total of 4 units of mini dehumidifiers at different time from your company, I hope you have the integrity of sending me a working unit instead of a faulty unit with only the light is working but not ansorbing water!

    Please check the silver accessory. After turn on the machine about 2mins, then remove the water tank, touch the accessory, can feel the temperature of the accessory, also can see there is drop of water.

    If the dehumidifier is faulty, there will be some problem on the accessory. We tested the dehumidifier according this before send out.

    Hello Seller,
    I have checked the unit as you have suggested. I tried at 3 different timing, 2 mins, 5 mins and abt 45 mins. Once the water tank is taken out the 'C' light will turn off. The silver accessory has NO heat at all the 3 timing. There is also NO 1 drop of water at all 3 timing. Once the water tank is put back, the 'C' is auto on. Up to now, the dehumidifier looks like it is working because the 'C' is working as usual but there is no water collected and the silver accesory is not heated up, totally can't feel heat when touched. Only the 'C' light is working.
