    Re my order no - 276244090,
    When I plugin the charger, it is not charging as shown attach. I tighten the cable already.
    can you provide the following:
    1) in case of future OS reinstallation, can provide the window product key, win 10 installer & T440 drivers
    2) how much is it if I add 4GB memory so that the total memory will reach 8GB.

    Hi, I found the problem. It is the cable attached to power as shown in picture. I use my office charger & it works. So, please provide the following:
    1) power cord replacement similar to the pic 2) where is the window key 3) how about win 10 installer & t440 drivers

    1.) Please be informed that latest we will replace and send out a new power cord next coming Wednesday. It will reach you the next day after pick up done. We will update you tracking number later on.
    2.) You may get 25-alphanumberic product key which located at bottom of the laptop. Attached picture for your reference.
