    I already unpacked the bottles and disposed of the box as they were taking up space! And had received no response for so long. This is very disgraceful. I had also seen another post from someone else with a missing bottle too. How can Unilever just cheat customers like that. Even if a variant is out of stock, common sense dictates you just replace with another variant and not simply short change the customer!

    Dear seller, it's already the 17th today! 4days since delivery and still no updates on the delivery for the 8th missing bottle of soap or any other course of action. This is truely dreadful before and after sale service from such a large company. If your side has no experience nor manpower in handling large volume of online sale, please do not list them online and hold sale for those items and gone MIA with severe goods shortage/out of stock problem, missing items in delivery & no reply or action takens as seen in many of the complaints in your feedbacks.

    Please confirm, if I too need to lodge a complain to qoo10 and seek their help in resolving this matter as well, as I have seen than some of buyers also have to resort to such action in order to get refund or missing goods delivered?!?

    Dear seller, earlier we have commented several time about missing 1 bottle in the 13th November delivery box, where we have ordered for 8 bottles and only 7 bottles are delivered.

    It has been delivered since 20th and today is 23rd Friday. Another 3-5 working days mean it will be collected on 30th if its 5 working days from today! Almost 2 weeks of us tripping over the box in the hall.

    We are willing to buy over the 7 extra bottle at the sale price for my original order. Which is $16 for 4 bottles. If you can offer the same price of $4 per bottle, I will take over these 7 bottles and please advise on payment method preferable through qoo10 for secure payment.

    This is atrocious! From your last reply dated 23rd till today 30th November. For 1 entire week, even knowing there is unresolved problem and msgs yet zero effort to even bother to reply msg on arranging a suitable collection date and time. Am I supposed to be home 24hr-7 waiting for a collection that I dont even know if it's being arranged at all, on some unknown date & time.

    When you arranged for collection, shouldnt you consult us to find a suitable date and time when home owner is at home to even come for collection. What's the point of collection already arranged, your guys came at a date/time unknown to home owner and subsequently informed a failed collection and than requested another 2-3days is again needed for another collection that we dont even know which date and time that you are coming.

    Extreme poor planning, problem solving and service recovery from such a big company. So on what basis should I agree to wait another so call 2-3days for another collection that your side dont even bother to discuss with us on suitable date and time. When your delivery came on 20th till today 30th, my place has served as a free storage and warehouse for your goods. I could simply leave your extra 7 bottles at the void deck and your guys can come collect as and when you and your guys finally feel they satisfied to come down for collection. I have no OBLIGATION to accomodate to your request or to keep your extra goods at my place any further When it has already inconvenienced me at so many days.

    In your 1st delivery. When your side has only delivered 7 out of the 8 bottles purchased. Your company has an obligation to resolved this issue.

    When second delivery came with extra bottles. Its YOUR responsibility to collect it back at MY CONVIENCES. I am helping to keep the extra 7 bottles at my place for so many days. But I am only HELPING and it's not a must or taken for granted that 3-5working days for a failed collection than subsequent another 2-3days for another unknown collection that I must agree to whatever you have planned and arrange to do.

    The missing bottle in your first delivery.its the fault of your own logistic and delivery side. Similar for the second botched delivery sending extra 7 bottles to my place. On both account, we have been very patience with your side waiting for your reply, waiting to resolve this problem, waiting for your delivery that took so long to finally come, waiting for your collection on some unknown dates dragging on and on for so long since my initial order placed. Once again I repeated I am not obligation to help you, nor agree to what you continuous waiting again
