I have managed to talk to my manager and I am so sorry that we are not able to deliver the razor as you did not select the free option bar. However we have our new listing and there is this promo where we are giving away a Travel set and it is limited only so please be mindful to select your free gift if you were to purchase the item. Sorry once again apology for the inconvenience caused. Thank you.

    Sorry again I do understand where you are coming from and seriously this is the best I could do as this is the standard procedure for P&G. Like i have mentioned earlier you may request for a return and refund so that you may purchase again to get what you wanted together with the addition item. Thank you.
