    I don’t want to make it hard for either of us. I just want to get what I was promised before I ordered. Either I get my shortfall of the remaining 12 pieces and disregard this incident so that I’ll continue to patronise your shop in the future, or let me return and refund the items. Win win situation for both. Please place yourself in my shoe, I did query about the quantity before I ordered. The reason I asked was because your header wrote 36 but I can only see a drop down of 24, so to avoid any miscommunication I took the effort to ask you about the quantity first. If it is only 24 pieces you should have told me it’s 24 so that I wouldn’t even order in the first place. But you clarified it’s 36, so please make it happen.
