In appreciation of your support, ACUVUE® Experience Centres may provide either a complimentary eye health check (worth up to $60) or complimentary comprehensive eye health consultation (worth up to $210) with a minimum box purchase as advised by your Eye Care Professional.

    This experience will not only include checking your eye power, but also your eye health condition and a personalised consultation to ensure your suitability for contact lenses that best suit your lifestyle.

    We’d recommend that you book an appointment as well as enquire on the eye health consultation services offered prior to your visit to your selected Eye Care Professional.You may book your appointment by calling the Optical Store, or through MyACUVUE™ mobile App (available on App Store/ Google Play).

    When redeeming my E-Ticket at my Optical Store, why would my redemption store automatically gets assigned to another store?

    Sometimes, you may experienced that your redemption store gets automatically "assigned" to another store. This is because you have enabled location on Qoo 10, which will always point you to a primary location. You may wish to disable location for Qoo 10 on your mobile device to resolve this issue. iPhone User: Phone Settings > Privacy > Location Service > Qoo 10 > Disable Location Android User: Phone Settings > Apps > Qoo 10 > Permissions > Disable Location

    Why do I need an eye examination before I can purchase contact lenses?

    As contact lens are medical devices, as per Optometrists & Opticians Board codes of practice, it is mandatory for consumers to have an eye examination and consultation by a qualified optometrist before contact lens can be prescribed. A thorough eye examination not only check your eye power but also your eye health condition. Eye examination fees may apply at the discretion of each Eye Care Professional. We’d recommend that you give your selected Eye Care Professional a call to schedule an appointment as well as to enquire on the eye examination fees prior to your visit.

    Is there a minimum purchase required to use the E-Ticket?

    Yes, each E-Ticket has a minimum box purchase requirement.The $50 and $100 E-Tickets are only redeemable with a minimum purchase of 2 box of ACUVUE® Contact Lens (any brand). The $200 E-Ticket is only redeemable with a minimum 4 box ACUVUE Contact Lens (ACUVUE® OASYS 1-Day Series, 1-Day ACUVUE® DEFINE®, 1-Day ACUVUE® MOIST MULTIFOCAL) and may not be stacked with any other ACUVUE® E-Tickets in each purchase receipt in store. The $80 and $150 E-Tickets are only redeemable with a minimum 2 and 4 box ACUVUE® OASYS 2-Week Series Contact Lens purchased respectively.
