    If your earpods unable to pair to TRUE WIRELESS, please do the following step:
    Forget all Liberty paired device from your phone before you start the steps.
    Step 1: manual Power off both earpods, press and hold the button on earpods for few seconds. You will hear the “Power OFF” voice prompt
    Step 2: insert the earpods into its respestive LEFT/RIGHT nests, closed the cradle
    Step 3: pull silicon tab to slide out the cradle
    Step 4: remove and put on the earpods
    You will hear the “Power on” voice prompt. The earpods will enter into auto True Wireless pairing stage. You will hear the “Connected, left channel/right channel” voice prompts

    Hi, this is a newly purchased item. Item is already faulty before use and I have to head down to TPY for technical assistance? Please see to an exchange or collect back this item and see to a refund (to my address). As mentioned earlier, I am unable to head down to TPY during your stated timing.

    You're clearly missing the point. Your item is obviously faulty when delivered. Operating hours is Mon-Fri 10am-6pm only. I am unable to head down due to my work schedule so please enlighten me as to how I am able to head down?? Therefore, pls collect back both ear piece and see to a full refund. Appreciate if you could get this sorted out immediately.

    My husband will drop by tomorrow between 3-5pm. Definitely the last time purchasing for you guys. Inferior quality received and follow up service is terrible and so inconvenient. If items still have the same issues even after making this trip down, I want a full refund.
