    7 days no reason return policy.

    Upon payment of the order, customer had agreed to this policy.
    Customers please take note of the following terms and conditions.
    1) Customers are to bear the return fee cost i.e. the courier fee.
    2) Only items that are with the correct serial number tagged to the customer are qualified for this policy.
    3) Customers are to ensure that the item is in the original receiving condition upon returning.
    4) Customers are to ensure that the item packaging is not destroyed or damaged upon returning.
    5) The 7 days are inclusive of the Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
    6) Customers will bear the cost if any part of the item is damaged or missing.
    7) Customers are to ensure that item is as good as the initial receiving conditions.
    8) Customer are to contact our company through written email / message on qoo10 with photo attached to apply for the returning.
    9) Our company reserves all rights to accept or reject any return items.

    Warranty

    1) For the warranty given, it is accordingly to the order number and the serial number of the set recorded.
    2) Failure to produce the relevant order number and the serial number of the set will have the warranty request to be voided.
    3) For the warranty given, it does not include any physical damage caused by human nature, such as the crack in the set and others that are the possible human causes to the spoilt of the set.
    4) The warranty given does not include the replacement of a new set. The lead time of the repair may varies.
    5) The warranty does not include the return and refund policy.
    6) Our company reserves the right for the warranty given when the item is spoilt. A thorough investigation from the technical team will be given to our company and the customer for the decision of the warranty.
    7) After a year of the warranty, a service fee of SGD35/- may be charged for any service required.

    >Provide video of the non-functioning of the product. (For electronic products)

    Any change of mind from buyer's end or would like to change to other available products or does not want the item anymore
